Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with client groups across regions, shaping and executing people strategies to drive business objectives. You will influence leadership, lead HR programs, and ensure workforce readiness to meet current and future needs.

The role requires strong consulting, leadership and analytical skills, with extensive experience in human resources leadership, coaching and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 12 years of related HR experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field and 10 years of related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner for assigned client groups, countries and/or regions to develop and implement human resource strategy to achieve its current and future business objectives.
• Leverage effective consulting skills and principles to advise, influence and partner with leadership on talent strategies and actions to build organizational capabilities and an engaged and high-performing organization.
• Lead or partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver HR programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met.
• Partner with HR Management or COEs to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Proactively analyze trends and metrics to identify training or executive coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs/Shared Service groups.
• Participate in the interview/selection of talent and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
