TFS HealthScience is offering a 30-hour per week HR internship in our international team. You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to supporting HR processes that help our people thrive, working with colleagues across multiple countries.

You will learn how HR systems work in practice, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency while developing your career in Human Resources.

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or related field.
• Must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Structured, detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Assist HR administration and employee documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives.
• Support employee records and keep data up to date across systems.
• Manage admin processes for students and interns across the organisation.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Prepare HR communications, presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across countries to support a global workforce.
• Use digital tools to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.
