Sun Chemical is seeking an HR Trainee to join the team and support HRforYOU across the EMEA region. This learning post offers hands-on experience in HR digitalization and international project management in a growing HR environment.

You will collect local HR requirements, join meetings with cross-functional teams, and help standardize HR processes while learning SLA definitions and monitoring.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR or similar will be highly valued.
• Strong interest in HR systems and digital transformation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and implementation of the HRforYOU ticketing system across the EMEA region.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to system setup, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Support standardization of HR processes across the region.
• Assist in defining and monitoring SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Work closely with HR stakeholders and Centers of Expertise across multiple countries.
