SanLucar Fruit in Valencia region is offering a 5-6 month HR internship starting this September. As an HR Intern, you will support Learning & Development, coordinate onboarding and training activities, and gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, and Labour Administration.

You will interact with stakeholders across the organization, manage training records and KPIs, assist in compliance-related processes, and contribute to HR projects and future growth

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and eager to gain exposure to different HR disciplines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage administrative processes.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to coordinate activities and follow up on tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support coordination and administration of onboarding and training activities.
• Monitor onboarding plans and training records via internal platforms.
• Coordinate training sessions, participant management, logistics, room bookings and follow-ups.
• Assist in administration of internal and external training programs, including supplier coordination.
• Help track training KPIs, surveys, feedback collection and reporting.
• Support training-related processes linked to compliance and funding requirements.
• Collaborate on Learning & Development projects and employee growth initiatives.
• Provide administrative support across HR areas (Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Labour Administration) as needed.
