Sony Europe is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join the HR Information Systems team in Barcelona for a 6‑month internship, extendable for another 6 months. The role offers hands-on experience with Workday and related systems, architecture sessions, and exposure to multiple HR tech projects.

You will learn processes and governance, join project teams, and have opportunities to contribute features and automation initiatives within a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Studying engineering at university or equivalent program.
• Advanced English is required.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Must be enrolled to sign a learning agreement.

Responsabilidades

• Assist consultants on delivering innovative solutions to business requirements.
• Understand security/access framework, configure access, investigate issues and support improvements.
• Support HRIS system upgrades, releases and data changes.
• Participate in architecture/design sessions for system development.
• Assist in configuration, reporting, dashboards, and integrations within Workday Extend.
