SanLucar is seeking an HR Intern to join our Learning & Development team in Valencia, starting this September for a 5–6 month internship. You will support onboarding and training coordination and gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, and Labour Administration.

You'll work across HR activities in a dynamic, international environment with over 36 nationalities, focusing on hands-on Training & Development while contributing to broader HR initiatives and

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and exposure to different disciplines.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage administrative processes.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to own tasks to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support coordination and administration of onboarding and training activities.
• Monitor onboarding plans and training records via internal learning platforms.
• Coordinate training sessions: logistics, participants, room bookings and follow-ups.
• Assist in administration of training programs, including supplier coordination and documentation.
• Help track training KPIs, surveys, feedback, and reporting.
• Support training-related processes linked to compliance and funding requirements.
• Collaborate on Learning & Development projects and employee growth initiatives.
• Provide administrative support across HR areas and liaise with stakeholders.
