TFS HealthScience is offering a 30-hour per week HR internship designed to provide hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to supporting HR processes that empower our people worldwide.

You’ll learn how HR systems and processes work in practice while supporting day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, global organisation where people matter. Must be able to sign an internship convenio and have strong English.

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor's or preferably a Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Assisting with HR administration and employee documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Helping coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives.
• Supporting employee records and ensuring data is up to date across our systems.
• Managing administrative processes related to students and interns across the organisation.
• Assisting with HR projects and process improvements that help us work smarter and more efficiently.
• Preparing HR‑related communications, presentations and reports.
• Working closely with HR colleagues across different countries to support our global workforce.
• Using digital tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.
