You will align HR initiatives with business objectives, enhance talent management, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering an effective organizational culture. This temporary position offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a significant impact during a fixed-term contract covering sick leave.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of European labor law, HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
