TradingView in Málaga is seeking a maternity cover HR & Payroll Manager to oversee payroll, contracts, and compliance for Spain.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, data integrity, and liaise with our external payroll partner and Jira for workflow improvements. Fluency in Spanish and English are required, with 5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations. The role offers hybrid work, relocation support, and private health insurance.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures.
• Proven experience managing benefits.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (professional level).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for Spain and ensure timely payments.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters.
• Oversee social security movements and data integrity across employee records.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and equipment retrieval.
• Monitor diversity & inclusion initiatives and report on workplace metrics.
• Coordinate with Jira team to adjust HR workflows and data reporting.
