Job summary

Grünenthal Group seeks a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies for successful reimbursement and patient access across pipelines and in-market assets.

You will lead integrated evidence programs, collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D, and drive payer engagement to support HTA submissions and commercialization strategies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics/pharma/public health or related field
• 8–12 years in HEOR and Real-World Evidence
• Proven track record in developing/publishing economic models and RWE for market access
• Experience leading payer engagement and HTA submissions
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience in speciality medicine
• Strategic and analytical mindset to align local and global priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling to meet payer and country needs
• Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D to embed payer-relevant endpoints and PROs into development programmes
• Co-lead evidence-generation projects and communicate results through publications and conferences
• Drive early payer engagement and support HTA submissions (e.g., AMNOG, NICE, JCA)
• Lead development of economic models, value materials and tools for launch preparation and market access
• Integrate country requirements into global strategies for affiliate-level commercialization
• Build relationships with external HEOR experts, clinicians, policymakers and industry peers
• Strengthen HEOR capabilities and support a broader Market Access advisory network
