Ferrer Internacional SA is seeking a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute our worldwide health economics and outcomes research strategy, generating timely evidence to prove value across lifecycle. This senior role requires strategic thinking and a proven track record in HEOR leadership.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Clinical Development and local teams to tailor evidence to payer needs and support sustainable patient access globally.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Public Health, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or a related scientific discipline; PhD preferred.
• Extensive HEOR experience leading global strategies and evidence-generation programs.
• Strong expertise in health technology assessment (HTA), market access and payer evidence requirements.
• Practical health economic modelling and use of real-world evidence.
• Proven ability to lead complex HEOR studies, support HTA submissions and reimbursement processes.
• Cross-functional, international collaboration with stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinking with analytical, leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global HEOR strategy across the product lifecycle and embed it in the evidence plans.
• Lead design, development and validation of global cost-effectiveness, budget impact and other models.
• Serve as HEOR technical lead for HTA submissions and local negotiations.
• Provide strategic HEOR input to value strategies and evidence-generation plans.
• Build HEOR capabilities across global and local teams.
• Drive publication planning and scientific dissemination; foster external collaborations.
