IQVIA, The Human Data Science Company, is seeking a Principal in the HE/HTA/V&A Practice to lead high-impact engagements for life sciences clients in Madrid. You will shape evidence strategies, drive client satisfaction, and expand HQ/global deals while leveraging IQVIA capabilities to deliver value in health economics, HTA, and payer consulting.

Formación

• Master’s Degree and 10+ years in consulting, pharma, or healthcare with HTA/HEOR focus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA solutions targeted at stakeholders.
• Track record of HQ/global deals and offerings development in life sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Act as principal owner of all client engagements from initial conversations to delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Lead thought leadership and firm-building activities to raise IQVIA’s profile.
• Mentor and coach 3–4 staff and lead ad hoc, people-related work streams.
