Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. is seeking an Associate Director, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research to lead the strategy and execution of HEOR activities across a portfolio of diseases, assets and indications, to support worldwide launch and reimbursement.

You will partner with Global Value, Access & Pricing, Medical, R&D, Regulatory and Commercial teams to embed HEOR into development plans, generate payer-relevant evidence, and drive sustainable market access for Alexion products.

Formación

• PhD or equivalent combination of education and experience in Pharmacy or clinical domain.
• 5+ years in HEOR or Market Access in biopharmaceuticals.
• Strong understanding of Health Technology Assessment at a global level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of global HEOR strategy across multiple indications.
• Collaborate with Global Value, Access & Pricing, Medical, R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Deliver payer-relevant evidence to support launch and reimbursement worldwide.
• Provide direction to regional HEOR teams and external partners.
• Demonstrate leadership and influence across a matrix environment.
