Job summary

IQVIA in the UK and across Europe seeks an Associate Director to lead HTA strategy and implementation, driving market access and value communication for pharmaceutical clients. You will design and deliver global and regional HTA programs, guide submissions, and shape offerings in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role requires deep HTA expertise, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership, with a track record in translating clinical data into compelling payer evidence.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in HTA or related field with 8+ years in consulting or pharma.
• Experience preparing HTA evidence strategies and submissions in UK/Europe.
• Strong client management, portfolio leadership and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of clinical trials design and health economic modelling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HTA programmes with limited oversight.
• Develop senior client relationships and expand accounts.
• Shape IQVIA HTA offerings with leadership.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring quality and value delivery.
• Represent IQVIA at conferences and client forums.
