Job summary

Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Barcelona seeks an Associate Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) to lead strategic HEOR development and deliverables supporting worldwide product launches and reimbursement across multiple indications.

You will partner with Global Value, Access & Pricing, Medical, R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to embed HEOR into development plans and build robust, payer-focused evidence to differentiate our products.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent combination of education and experience with Pharmacy or clinical as domain knowledge.
• 5+ years in HEOR or Market Access in biopharma/pharma industry.
• Strong HTA knowledge and global market access experience.
• Leadership in a matrix environment with cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and execution of global HEOR strategies and deliverables.
• Embed global HEOR strategy into disease areas and clinical development plans.
• Develop payer-relevant endpoints and evidence generation across product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize launch and reimbursement.
• Deliver high-quality research publications and presentations.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and experts.
