Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an SEO & GEO Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will contribute to integrated search strategies, optimize digital content, and analyze organic and AI visibility across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience, familiarity with GEO concepts, and experience with major SEO tools. The role supports growth through AI-driven search and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-powered search.
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs).
• CMS experience (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO & GEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Optimize content for traditional search and generative AI environments.
• Conduct keyword research, semantic clustering, and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyze brand mentions and share of voice in LLM responses.
• Track and report SEO & GEO KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client webmasters.
• Stay updated on search engines, AI developments.
