Banco Santander S.A. is seeking a visionary Head of Sales for Getnet Platforms to drive growth and expansion across Europe, LATAM and the Americas.

You will define the commercial strategy, build a scalable sales team, cultivate strategic partnerships, and lead complex enterprise deals for a suite of payments SaaS and platform infrastructure solutions. The role requires deep payments knowledge, a proven ability to scale revenue, and strong leadership across multi-national teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Proven track record selling complex B2B SaaS/platform solutions.
• Experience building and scaling revenue streams across multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute commercial strategy for Getnet Platforms’ SaaS and payment infra solutions.
• Lead open-market sales, develop scalable sales motion and pipeline.
• Build strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, fintechs, and industry players.
• Lead and develop a high-performance, international sales organization.
