Cocunat seeks a Head of Acquisition to lead multi-market customer growth and build a scalable acquisition structure across Spain, France, Italy, Germany and the US. You will own performance channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Affiliates and Influencers while driving profitability and integration with Content teams.

The role is based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility and an international Growth team.

Formación

• 5–8 years in Performance Marketing or Growth.
• Experience with multi-market ecommerce acquisitions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Leadership or coordination of teams.
• Fluent Spanish and high English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across markets.
• Define channel mix and budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC.
• Lead Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies with profitability focus.
• Collaborate with creative teams for performance-driven messaging.
• Build reporting frameworks and reliable attribution; lead acquisition team.
• Adopt AI tools to improve productivity.
