Jobgether is seeking an experienced Group Finance Controller to lead and scale financial operations across multiple entities and currencies in a fully remote, innovation-driven setting. You will guide IFRS adoption, consolidation, internal controls, and audit readiness while building a high-performing accounting team.

You will partner with CFO, FP&A, and senior leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting and strategic insights for growth and investment decisions.

Formación

• Significant experience in financial controllership or senior group accounting roles in tech or high-growth environments.
• Strong IFRS, group consolidation, multi-entity, multi-currency reporting knowledge.
• Proven track record building or scaling accounting operations, ideally VC/PE backed.
• Experience with external audit and statutory requirements; Big Four exposure preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Experience implementing or improving financial processes, internal controls and systems.
• Strong interest in technology, AI and automation to improve financial operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams while driving change.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail and strategic focus.
• Excellent English communication for international remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead group accounting operations across entities: record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, intercompany.
• Develop and coach the accounting team and streamline processes for efficiency.
• Own month-end and year-end close with accurate reporting timelines.
• Oversee AR, collections, AP, payments, and tax compliance with internal/external partners.
• Drive group consolidation across currencies, including FX accounting and intercompany eliminations.
• Implement IFRS policies and consistent group accounting standards.
• Establish internal control framework and audit readiness.
• Coordinate statutory audits and local reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with FP&A for monthly management accounts and investor reporting.
• Improve finance systems including billing, consolidation, and payments infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to automate reconciliations and financial controls.
• Apply AI and automation to finance processes and reporting workflows.
• Work cross-functionally to evolve processes with international growth.
