Pragmatike is seeking a Group Financial Controller for a European deep-tech cloud company, reporting to the CFO. You will own group accounting, consolidation, reporting, and internal controls across multiple entities in a fully remote, international setup.

Formación

• Must have 8–12+ years in senior finance roles with multi-entity exposure.
• Proven experience implementing AI in accounting workflows.
• Strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge with consolidation expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual group close and consolidation across entities.
• Deliver accurate management accounts and board/investor reporting.
• Ensure IFRS/local GAAP compliance across jurisdictions.
• Define, document, and enforce group accounting policies and controls.
• Lead, optimize, and scale the NetSuite ERP across the group; NetSuite experience mandator
• Drive automation and AI in accounting operations, including reconciliations and close acceleration.
• Manage audits, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing processes.
• Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives and financial governance.
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure for a high-growth, deep-tech company.
