Sulzer is expanding its accounting team in Spain and seeks an OTC Billing Accountant to manage invoicing, data accuracy, and end-to-end billing processes. The role involves coordinating with project managers, sales, and finance heads to ensure timely, compliant billing across multiple entities.

You will perform AR, revenue analysis, and assist with audits while contributing to KPI development within the billing domain.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of billing experience in a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash cycle.
• Proficiency in interpreting billing reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on service agreements and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in billing details and compliance with contractual terms.
• Collaborate with local Project Manager and other stakeholders to gather information for billing and resolve billing-related issues.
• Review and reconcile billing data for completeness and accuracy; make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure timely invoice dispatch to customers in line with requirements and local regulations (e.g., B2B e-invoicing).
• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations related to billing.
