Job summary

Ivoclar Group seeks a Global Digital Performance Manager to lead paid performance globally, aligning with marketing, demand-gen and commercial goals. You will plan and optimise media across search, social, programmatic, display and video, driving traffic and leads.

You will also own SEO strategy to support growth, collaborate with global teams, and ensure robust measurement with tracking standards. International exposure and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance marketing in an international environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of major paid media platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid search, SEO, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
• Proven ability to drive lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills (C1).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ivoclar's global paid performance strategy aligned with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid media across search, social, programmatic, display, and video.
• Identify conversion opportunities and work with teams/agencies to improve performance.
• Drive qualified traffic, lead generation and customer acquisition through audience, channel and campaign strategies.
• Lead Ivoclar's global SEO strategy to support organic growth and demand generation.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to translate objectives into digital strategies.
• Provide guidance on media, search, targeting, acquisition and performance optimisation.
• Test new channels and formats to identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Ensure tracking standards (UTM) are followed for consistent measurement.
• Share campaign learnings to strengthen digital performance across the organisation.
