Job summary

SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is seeking a Performance Marketing Professional to own multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable impact from awareness to conversion. You will translate business objectives into performance roadmaps and collaborate with CRO, CRM, content, and strategy teams to scale impact.

You’ll optimize media investments with a balance of short-term results and long-term brand growth, leveraging automation and AI to scale efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in performance marketing across multiple channels (Google, social, display, video, etc.)
• Proven ability to drive measurable impact across the funnel - from awareness to conversion
• Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of media strategy, audience targeting, and customer journeys
• Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business outcomes and brand objectives
• Experience in both ecommerce and lead generation or brand campaigns is a plus
• Experience mentoring or guiding peers is a plus (without being in a formal leadership role)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute performance marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion
• Take ownership of ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, engagement, and overall business impact
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable performance roadmaps
• Drive testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization across channels (paid social, search, display, video, marketplaces)
• Optimize media investments with a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term brand growth
• Work closely with CRO, CRM, content, and strategy teams to maximize impact across touchpoints
• Act as a sparring partner for clients - connecting media performance to broader business goals
• Support pre-sales and pitches with strong, data-driven cases
• Leverage automation and AI to scale performance efficiently and intelligently
