Baker Hughes seeks a Global Campaigns Demand Generation Experienced Professional to develop and execute global demand generation campaigns aligned with the Cordant Solutions strategy. Leverage data, digital marketing tools, and ABM to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

You will collaborate with Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales and Communications to translate campaign strategies into measurable outcomes, driving growth across global markets in Spain and beyond.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Digital Marketing and Demand Generation.
• 3+ years in demand generation, campaign management, or lead generation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and ABM tools.
• Experience with 6sense is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from campaign data.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, performance management, and reporting of demand generation campaigns.
• Develop and deploy integrated campaigns using email, nurturing, social, ads, and automation.
• Collaborate with Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications.
• Serve as SME on campaign management and optimization.
• Work with Sales to maximize leads and opportunities.
• Design and execute ABM campaigns with Key Account Managers.
• Use analytics and market insights to measure performance and drive improvement.
• Drive marketing automation and CRM optimization with internal/external partners.
