Payhawk is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to shape and scale global campaigns from scratch, partnering with the CMO to drive pipeline and MRR for Payhawk's platform products. The role requires hands-on execution, from copywriting to landing pages, with a strong bias for experimentation and measurable growth.

You will lead a GTM Pod, own ABM strategy, and collaborate across BDR/AE teams to maximize ROI while managing a global outbound motion and a hybrid work arrangement in Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years of demand-gen experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies supporting outbound motion.
• Proven track record generating demand with enterprise accounts.
• Experience creating global one-to-many ABM campaigns.
• Experience building programmatic marketing campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Define demand-generation strategy for new business and expansion.
• Lead a cross-functional GTM Pod and steer demand initiatives.
• Contribute to monthly ROI reports and leadership discussions.
• Own budget allocation to maximize cost-efficiency and ROI.
• Define ABM campaign structure, personas, and naming conventions.
• Design and optimize account funnel and progression rules.
• Launch campaigns rapidly, test iteratively, and scale successful tactics.
• Create campaign assets and coordinate with Content Team for localization.
• Coordinate multi-channel orchestration across digital ads, email, and gifting.
• Leverage AI-powered personalization to tailor messaging.
• Track performance analytics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Codify playbooks for global scale and align with BDR/AE teams.
