Baker Hughes is seeking a Software Project Management Advisor to drive successful delivery of Cordant software programs, coordinating stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across global programs.

You will manage scope, milestones, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring quality and timely results, while partnering with customers and internal teams to align with business objectives. Fluent in English/Spanish encouraged.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in Digital and Software Project Management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Experience leading programs and projects successfully.
• Capable of planning, documenting, marketing, and executing programs.
• Well-established project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project scope with stakeholders and define execution milestones.
• Develop execution strategies and roadmaps with objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Engage stakeholders to align scope with contractual requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Own project budgets, revenue recognition, invoicing, and changes.
• Track progress against defined goals and KPIs, adjusting as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources.
• Analyze outcomes and identify efficiency improvements.
