Formación

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or career changer with commercial background.
• Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex topics.
• Understanding of and interest in technical processes.
• Prior experience in customer service or customer-oriented work.
• Advanced written and spoken knowledge of German and advanced knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle orders for a defined customer portfolio in the GDSN data pool/retailer portal.
• Document and archive customer orders in the ticketing system.
• Manage individual customer communications.
• Ensure correct billing of services per defined pricing.
• Maintain customer master data in the CRM system.
• Contribute to defined projects and deepen knowledge of GDSN data maintenance.
• Perform general administrative and commercial tasks.
