Ciklum is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Spain. You will provide high-quality IT services, resolve complex technical issues, and manage local IT infrastructure while collaborating with global teams. The role supports a cross-functional environment and emphasizes service excellence.

The position offers hybrid work in Málaga, with opportunities to grow skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, and cloud productivity tools, along with a focus on ITIL-aligned service delivery.

Formación

• Experience administering Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AD/GPO.
• Strong networking knowledge and ITIL-based service delivery.
• English at least B1 and good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently maintains the stability of the internal IT environment and ensures excellent service delivery.
• Advanced Service Desk management: troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of tickets within the Service Desk system.
• Execute technical onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring workstations, accounts, and access rights are configured securely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in a timely manner.
• Manage IT assets and local stock in the Management Tool; assist in procurement of IT components.
• Coordinate local office IT logistics, equipment receiving, processing, shipping, and setup for meetings/events.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Application Support teams on infrastructural changes.
• Maintain and update internal technical documentation and suggest process improvements.
