Ciklum in Spain is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our hybrid Málaga team. You will support the data capturing scope, orders, data maintenance, and CRM tasks for a global client in product data and digital commerce.

The role requires quick mastery of complex topics, strong German and English skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will manage orders, communications, ticketing, and billing in the client’s data platform.

Formación

• German and English language skills required.
• Commercial background or degree.
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle orders and documentation in the client portal.
• Manage customer communications and ticketing.
• Maintain customer master data in the CRM.
• Ensure correct billing according to pricing.
• Support data maintenance and commercial tasks.
