• Handle orders and data for a defined customer portfolio in the GDSN data pool and retailer portals.
• Document and archive orders in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate case recording.
• Manage customer communications and ensure correct billing per pricing definitions.
• Maintain customer master data in the CRM and support data synchronization tasks.
