INDIBA Group in Sant Quirze del Vallès is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage the full order cycle with international distributors and ensure timely responses to inquiries and on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate with internal departments and handle export operations in line with international trade regulations, supporting customer satisfaction and compliance in a multinational, hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Five years of experience in a Customer Service Export Department.
• Experience in the aesthetics or medical equipment sector is a plus.
• Team-oriented with proactivity and flexibility in changing situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or international trade studies.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; ERP Dynamics is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong relationships with international distributors and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage the entire order process from receipt to delivery with cross‑functional coordination.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and resolve delays, damages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate export operations and ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
• Prepare documentation for shipments including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
