Nexthink is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Manager to lead and scale our worldwide compensation programs. You will own the global framework, including job architecture and salary bands across 19 countries, and drive annual cycles from design to delivery with partners in People, Finance, Legal, and IT.

You will leverage Workday Advanced Compensation to configure cycles, enable managers, and deliver compensation statements.

Formación

Significant global compensation experience in a multi-country org.
Hands-on use of Workday Advanced Compensation for cycles and requirements.
Experience applying AI-driven solutions to streamline compensation processes.

Responsabilidades

Own and continuously improve Nexthink’s global compensation framework across 19 countries.
Lead annual compensation cycle end-to-end, including merit and bonus design and workflows.
Benchmark market data and recommend targeted band adjustments as markets evolve.
Own annual pay-equity monitoring and present findings to the CPO.
Partner with Finance and Legal on equity-plan administration and remediation tracking.
Collaborate with HRIS/Workday teams to define requirements and improve workflows.
