Nexthink is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Manager to lead and evolve our compensation framework across 19 countries. You will own annual cycles, benchmark against markets, and partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to ensure fair, scalable programs.

You will drive pay-equity monitoring and collaborate with People Business Partners on offers, promotions, and relocations, leveraging Workday and market data to deliver guidance with business impact.

Formación

• Significant global compensation experience in a multi-country org.
• Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions in compensation processes.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment for geo salary bands.
• Experience assessing pay equity and remediation tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve Nexthink’s global compensation framework including job architecture and salary bands across 19 countries.
• Lead annual compensation cycles: merit, bonus design, Workday configuration, approval workflows.
• Manage benchmarking with market-data partners and adjust bands as needed.
• Own pay-equity monitoring and remediation tracking across geographies.
• Guide offers, promotions, and retention decisions using market data and business context.
• Design compensation approaches for cross-border relocations.
