Job summary

Nordex Group in Spain (Mutilva) seeks a Global Compensation & Benefits Intern (m/f/d) to join the People & Culture Global Standards team. You will support international compensation projects and contribute to market benchmarking, reporting and process improvements.

You will work closely with local and regional teams, prepare presentations and analyses, and gain exposure to SAP SuccessFactors related activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in business, psychology, social sciences, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support global compensation projects and initiatives with local teams.
• Contribute to market benchmarking, salary analysis and reporting.
• Assist with SAP SuccessFactors-related activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Global Standards team on strategic topics.
