Job summary

Nordex Group in Tajonar near Pamplona is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to design, implement, and continuously improve SAP HCM solutions in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with process owners, implementation partners, and IT to deliver end-to-end SAP HCM processes, including Payroll and Time Management, with on-premise and SuccessFactors knowledge. Fluency in Spanish and English required; international exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable.
• 2+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant in international environments.
• Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies; practical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies (IDocs, SAP CPI) desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Tajonar. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP HCM solutions.

Your Tasks

• You will design and implement the SAP HCM solution in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers and continuously improve the solution after implementation
• In an agile working environment, you will support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processes
• Depending on your previous knowledge, you will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and manage our external implementation partners and our internal stakeholders
• With our support, you can continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable. For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying.
• 2+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant. Ideally in an international working environment
• Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori, including module-specific knowledge
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes; practical project experience is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI, is desirable
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
