Job summary

Nordex in Madrid is seeking an SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) to design, implement, and optimize SAP HCM solutions across on-premise, SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori. You will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers, and continuously improve SAP HCM processes.

You will deepen your SAP knowledge in a multinational setting with fluent Spanish and English required.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable.
5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant.
Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori.
Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes.
Good understanding of project management methodologies; practical project experience is a plus.
Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI, is desirable.
Fluent Spanish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing SAP HCM improvements in a multinational environment.
