Job summary

ENGIE in Madrid invites applications for an HR Digitalization & Data Management Intern to support the HR POS Systems & Data area. You will review employee data quality, contribute to process digitalization, and provide admin support across corporate systems.

The role offers a fully paid internship for 6 to 12 months, with a flexible schedule and hybrid work. Ideal for candidates with data skills and fluency in English and Spanish, eager to grow in a multinational group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis tools (Excel, VBA, Power BI).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valuable knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Data management and maintenance in corporate systems.
• Validation of employee data in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• Verification of data consistency and integrity to ensure traceability across systems.
• Support in system integrations.
• Participation in a data governance project.
• Reporting to the Group.
