Job summary

Eurofragance is seeking a strong Continuous Improvement leader to drive global Operational Excellence. You will align sites, deploy a standardized CI roadmap, and lead cross-functional projects that boost service, productivity, cost efficiency and quality.

The role emphasizes coaching teams in Lean and Six Sigma, transforming processes, and embedding a data-driven culture across multiple manufacturing sites. A global, dynamic environment awaits with travel required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification desirable (Green/Black Belt).
• Experience leading Continuous Improvement teams (direct or indirect).
• English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the Global Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with Operations priorities.
• Translate objectives into concrete improvement initiatives and action plans.
• Lead cross-site improvement projects with measurable business impact.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, root cause analysis and Six Sigma tools.
• Promote standardization and best practices across manufacturing sites.
• Coach managers and teams in structured problem solving and Lean methodologies.
• Support transformation initiatives and drive sustainable process changes.
• Develop data-driven dashboards and visual management for faster decision-making.
