Job summary

Eurofragance SLU is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive excellence across Global Operations. You will spearhead initiatives that improve service, productivity, cost, inventory and quality, while embedding a sustainable CI culture.

The role requires Lean/Six Sigma certification, English and Spanish fluency, and ~20% travel. You’ll lead cross-site projects, standardize best practices, and coach teams in structured problem solving within a highly standardized industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading Continuous Improvement teams (directly or indirectly).
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Drive and accelerate Continuous Improvement across Global Operations.
• Identify, prioritize and lead improvement initiatives impacting service, productivity, cost, inventory, quality, and capacity.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-site improvement projects with clear business impact.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, root-cause analysis, and Six Sigma tools.
• Challenge processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coach managers and teams in structured problem solving and Lean methodologies.
