DriiveMe is seeking an hands-on Operations Excellence professional to design and implement scalable processes across Europe, with a strong focus on field execution.

You will partner with local ops teams in multiple markets, define KPIs, automate workflows, and roll out standardised solutions while adapting to local needs. The role demands analytical thinking, a Master’s degree and 3–5 years of experience, with fluent English.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Operations Excellence, Management Consulting, Transformation or a similar environment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing operational processes.
• Strong interest in digital tools, automation and technology.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational KPIs.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment is a strong plus.
