Job summary

Eurofragance is seeking an Operations Manager EAT to lead end-to-end regional operations, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic initiatives. You will drive performance, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable results across production, planning and logistics.

The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years in industrial operations, and experience managing manufacturing teams in fragrance or related industries.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years in industrial operations, including experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in fragrance, chemical, FMCG or food industries.
• Experience in continuous improvement.
• Experience working with SAP / SAP S/4HANA.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end regional operations performance across service, quality, cost and safety.
• Drive and monitor production and supply plans aligned with priorities.
• Develop and coach operational teams and optimize workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for production planning, material availability and inventory management.
• Improve warehouse, logistics and material flow for efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive Lean initiatives and standardize processes across sites.
• Support audits, safety compliance and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead transformation initiatives including digitalization and SAP S/4HANA adoption.
