Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for the EMEA region to support deployment of Operational Excellence across manufacturing sites and coach local teams in Lean and problem-solving methodologies.

You will facilitate improvements, standardize playbooks, and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Travel up to 50% and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–8 years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma.
• Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across EMEA manufacturing sites.
• Coach and support local CI leaders and plant teams in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Facilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S, visual management and standard work.
• Deliver training programs on Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Support the execution and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing programs and operational excellence initiatives.
• Track project progress, performance indicators and improvement benefits across EMEA sites.
• Develop and standardise playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• Act as a change agent across the EMEA region, driving engagement, adoption and sustainability of CI initiatives and best practices.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR teams to drive operational performance improvement.
