Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking an experienced professional to contribute to the development and deployment of the Global AXA Business Continuity Management Framework and the End-to-End Business Resilience approach. You will monitor alignment across AXA entities and guide DORA in-scope entities to identify CIFs, acting as a key BCM advisory contact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in BCM or related fields.
• Experience in a global environment and international work experience.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Management or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the Global AXA Business Continuity Management Framework and End-to-End Business Resilience approach.
• Monitor alignment of AXA entities with the Global Business Continuity Framework and End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
• Support and guide DORA in-scope entities in identifying CIFs.
• Serve as a contact for BCM advisory support.
• Create and deliver best-practice materials for local BCM programs.
