Job summary

BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking an experienced Process Manager to define and improve end-to-end processes ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements, including DORA. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to align processes with service objectives and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process management (BPM) in regulated environments.
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR).
• Knowledge of risk management concepts and controls.
• Experience defining and aligning SLAs with business objectives.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred).
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives.
• Support Business Continuity activities (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing).
• Contribute to regulatory initiatives including DORA and operational resilience.
