Eurovision Services is hiring a Booking Office Manager in Madrid to join our Global Operations Team. You will be the primary contact for clients and partners, coordinating service delivery of transmissions across sports, news and events, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the delivery process.

You will react to incidents, manage outages and changes, and work with internal teams to optimise resource use on our global network.

Formación

• Experience in customer service in broadcast or telecom environments is required.
• Knowledge of transmission technologies (satellite, fibre, IP) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for clients and partners.
• Coordinate delivery of transmission services ensuring high quality.
• React to incidents and manage client communications during outages or changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and prepare client reports.
• Oversee resource management on the Eurovision Global Network.
