Eurovision Services in Madrid seeks a Broadcast Systems Engineer to join the Technology team. You will own the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of the broadcast infrastructure powering our contribution and distribution services for live events.

The role reports to the Platform Infrastructure team, collaborating with Platform Architecture to ensure reliability and resilience across on-premises systems, racks, and broadcast equipment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, broadcast engineering, or related field.
• Experience operating and maintaining live, mission-critical broadcast environments.
• Experience implementing standards set by architecture functions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the broadcast and infrastructure stack in Eurovision Services' facilities and data centers.
• Own day-to-day operational tasks across the infrastructure lifecycle — installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades.
• Monitor infrastructure health, identify capacity risks, and escalate issues before they become incidents.
• Implement configurations per architectural standards and flag deviations early.
• Maintain understanding of network architecture and transport requirements for operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance windows, and track hardware commitments.
