Eurovision Services in Madrid, Spain is seeking a highly motivated Broadcast Systems Engineer to join the Technology department. You will own the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of the broadcast infrastructure powering our contribution and distribution services.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or broadcast engineering, with strong documentation mindset and ability to collaborate with Platform Infrastructure and Platform Architecture teams in

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, broadcast engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience operating and maintaining live, mission-critical broadcast environments.
• Experience implementing standards set by a separate architecture function.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the broadcast and infrastructure stack across facilities and data centers.
• Own day-to-day operational tasks: installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades.
• Monitor infrastructure health, identify risks, and escalate before incidents.
• Implement configurations per architectural standards and maintain network awareness.
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance windows and deliveries.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation and runbooks.
