You will work with Sales and internal teams to maintain efficient billing processes. The ideal candidate has strong invoicing experience, proficiency in Excel, and ability to manage routine accounting tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in invoicing/billing or accounting admin is preferred.
• Experience with invoicing systems and data entry processes desired.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage administrative tasks related to rental contracts.
• Prepare and maintain customer documentation for invoicing.
• Handle journal entries and support routine accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing and customer administration tasks.
• Support month-end and year-end invoicing closing activities.
