Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, is seeking a Billing Specialist in Madrid to manage onboarding into the billing system, upload invoices, and process financial documents for both professional services and SaaS offerings.

You will collaborate with Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Linguistic.
• First experience in a billing, AR or similar role within finance.
• Business fluency in English is a must-have.
• Strong communications skills to deal with different internal stakeholders and in multinational teams.
• Very comfortable with numbers.
• Target driven, quick learner and team player.
• Independent and entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Located in Madrid to work on-site from Celonis Madrid office.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients into the billing system.
• Upload invoices to portals.
• Support daily team communications as requests for action are received in the team inbox.
• Process financial documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing and related administrative tasks.
• Generate invoices for both professional services and SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to ensure smooth processes.
