Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years managing systems operations and reporting in airline/aviation sectors.
• Strong people management and cross-cultural leadership experience.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and delivering global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DPC strategy and ensure timely roadmap delivery.
• Oversee BSP and CASS data processing and on-time settlement KPI.
• Develop dashboards and reports for ISS stakeholders.
• Coordinate interfaces with dependent systems and I&D teams.
• Assess new BSP/CASS operations and expand services.
• Contribute to vendor contracts and service definitions.
• Lead, coach, and manage Data Operations and Reporting team.
